Careers
We are interested in practical people who communicate well, take care around customers' properties and want to build useful drainage skills. Roles can involve outdoor work, travel across Somerset and dealing calmly with problems that customers often need resolved quickly.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing drainage service properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in drainage service or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.
