Easy Flow Drainage Solutions is a Bridgwater-based drainage business built around simple explanations, practical investigation and doing the work that the problem actually calls for.
Founder Martin Hale started Easy Flow Drainage Solutions in Bridgwater in 2016 after spending years working hands-on with drainage problems around Somerset. During that time, he saw the same frustration come up repeatedly: customers knew something was wrong with the drains but often did not understand what had been found, why one job led to another or whether a larger repair was genuinely necessary. Martin wanted to build a local service where the technical side stayed in the background and customers were given a straightforward explanation of the problem in front of them.
Bridgwater was the natural place to base the business. Martin grew up nearby and had worked throughout the surrounding Somerset towns long before Easy Flow began. He knew the working area as a collection of very different properties rather than a set of postcodes: older town homes, newer estates, commercial buildings, rural-edge properties and long private drainage runs can all present different access and investigation challenges. As the workload grew, drainage engineer Lewis Carter joined the field team and Sophie Reed took responsibility for coordinating customers, callouts and the everyday organisation that keeps a mobile service running smoothly.
Today, the company still follows the same principle Martin started with. Solve the immediate problem where possible, investigate when there is a reason to investigate, and recommend repair when there is evidence that repair is needed. Easy Flow remains a service-area business serving Bridgwater and communities across Somerset rather than a staffed walk-in premises. That keeps the team's attention where it belongs: at customers' properties, dealing with drainage that needs to work properly again.
We focus on Drain Unblocking, CCTV Drain Survey, Drain Repairs, and 24/7 Emergency Callout. Each service has its own page so you can see exactly what is involved before you call.
We are based around Bridgwater and serve Somerset, including Weston-super-Mare, Taunton, Yeovil, Burnham-on-Sea, Clevedon, Nailsea, Chard, Street, Wellington, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Glastonbury, and Cheddar.
Customers should understand why another stage of work is being suggested. We explain the reason for investigation or repair before treating it as the automatic next step.
Our first priority is the actual drainage issue affecting the property, whether that means restoring flow, identifying a hidden fault or repairing an identified defect.
A one-off blockage and a damaged drainage run are different problems. We aim to match the work to the evidence rather than assuming a larger job is always better.
Working across Somerset means turning up at people's homes and businesses when something unpleasant or disruptive is happening. We aim to be clear, respectful and practical from the first conversation to the final check.
